Uninstall the "Hi-Rez Authentication and Update service" via the Control Panel.NET Framework by following the steps outlined here. Also make sure that its startup type is "Automatic". Right-click that and select "Restart" if it's running, or if it's stopped, select "Start". Scroll down to "Hi-Rez Studios Authenticate and Update Service". This will show a list of your system's services. Go to Start → Run -> type "Services.msc" and press ↵ Enter.If that fails, delete the %PROGRAMDATA%\Hi-Rez Studios folder and reinstall.
